What I’ve learned since then is that failure isn’t a sign of inadequacy; it’s a natural part of growth. As Einstein famously said, “Failure is success in progress.”

For highly intelligent individuals, understanding this truth is crucial. Embracing failure as a stepping stone—not a roadblock—opens up new opportunities for learning, growth, and eventual success.
