In the spirit of self-improvement, let me share with you seven behaviors you need to say goodbye to. And remember, it’s not about being perfect, it’s about becoming the best version of yourself.

1) Embracing negativity

When it comes to attracting quality individuals, negativity is your biggest deterrent. High-quality people are drawn to positivity and optimism.
