A VC : How I participate in the blogosphere

In the spirit of ‘How I Blog’, A VC writes about how he participates in the blogosphere:

I write for myself, to get my thoughts out of my brain so I can move on to other thoughts. It’s a completely selfish activity. If others get value out of it, that’s great, but it’s not my goal.

I love the comments I get to my posts. They are the other reason I blog.

I don’t use a traditional feed reader and never will.

I only read about 10 blogs a day religiously. Each of those blogs is written by a person I know and love.

I read every link that is emailed to me, posted to my delicious for: tag, left in the comments, or IM’d to me.
