Web2.0 Not Even a Buzzword to “Real World” (i.e. Seattle)

A local VC reporter in Seattle tried to hit the street, asking people if they knew what “Web2.0” meant.  Much like the actual webosphere people seemed confused without a definitive consensus.  Out of all of them, here is the one I thought showed the most insight, summed up the problem with “the web2.0”, and distilled the essence of new media all in one (albeit it unknown to the interviewee):

“Web 2.0? Web 2.0? I have heard that before. I think I have heard that somewhere. I think it costs money. I am not interested if it costs.”
