Scribnia: Find New Bloggers, Promote Your Blog

scribniaThere’s a new site that all bloggers need to go register for – now! (Well, after you read this post)

The site is Scribnia, and it is a community where you can discover new bloggers while you promote your blogs as well.

Scribnia was built with the writer in mind, allowing readers – and fellow writers – to rate bloggers and their posts.

Add a widget to flaunt your stellar rating and get more reviews. (Feel free to review me here…I might just return the favor!)

New bloggers can be discovered by author name, blog name or category. Since each scribe gets “Context ratings” specific to their domain, there is the ability to show up better in search engine results.

Authors of the day, recent reviews, recent comments, and the top users of the week are profiled on the Scribnia homepage, giving bloggers another incentive to sign up.

If your blog or publication is not listed in the directory you may add it after registering. There is a snippet of code to add to your blog if you would like to verify it.

Scribnia is in early beta but it has the makings of a Website that will be around for quite some time. Go register!
