Performancing is having a bit of a renaissance lately, with the re-launch of pMetrics (better than ever) and the introduction/re-introduction of several interesting and useful sections (like a new blog marketplace, social voting, blogger jobs).
Just recently, Performancing announced that with the start of this new month comes a new theme for WordPress: Gangway!
Gangway! is a three-column theme for WordPress that’s well-suited for group or team blogs. Developed by the Performancing team in cooperation with Forty Media, Gangway! is focused more on the content, and less on heavy visuals. Blog posts, links, archives and authors are presented in a grid-like fashion, to give that organized feel.
Much like Performancing’s April release, ModernPaper, Gangway! is a three-column theme that’s light on the bandwidth. Being three-columned Gangway! offers a lot of possibilities, especially with the information that you can put into the sidebars (or lack thereof, for minimalists), and even advertisements, banners and text links. The footer contains the blog-related lists like authors, links and pages.
Gangway! was developed in cooperation with Forty Media, also the group currently managing Business Logs. Performancing and Forty will be offering official support for the Gangway! theme through the Performancing community forums.
