Paris Hilton, T-Mobile threatens to sue blogger

Kelly Ann Collins of the Washington Socialites blog has received a cease and desist letter from lawyers representing T-Mobile and Paris Hilton in an attempt to have the copies of the content of Paris Hilton’s mobile phone removed from her blog.

Strangely, the letter refers to only to the removal of one particular page on the site, which Collin’s has complied with, but makes no attempt to request the removal of several other copies of the Paris Hilton’s phone numbers or pictures that are also featured at the site here, here and here.

A copy of the letter from Perkins Cole demanding the removal of the page can be found here.
