Her prior experiences include serving as Vice President of Brand Activation for the largest U.S mattress manufacturer and overseeing brand development for a recognized tire company. Egerton’s diverse responsibilities involved creating innovative integration plans to spark consumer demand in multifaceted omnichannel environments. Her legacy lies in the successful development of marketing organizations across multiple areas.
Egerton holds two bachelor’s degrees from Boston University in communications and psychology and an MBA from the University of Kentucky in Economics and Business. Her professional journey includes roles at Delta Faucet, Whirlpool Corp., Cooper Tire and Rubber Co., and Tempur Sealy International, each of which have benefitted from her major strategic initiatives, brand development, and marketing management skills.
