Asus, manufacturer of a number of desktop, notebook and netbook PCs, is offering Brits the chance to blog about one of its products in a new competition.
In association with Mobile Computer, Asus will pick six bloggers who will each author a month-long blog about a particular machine. At the end of that time, the person whose blog has received the most visitors will win the machine they’ve been blogging about.
Each of the six participants will also get an Eee PC 901 by way of thanks from Asus, providing that they write at least three 200-word blog posts per week. That’s 12 posts and a total of 2400 words. Not bad for a new netbook, though of course you can write more.
The computers on offer are the G71V 17-inch gaming laptop, the M50 15-inch personal entertainment laptop, the N80Vc 14.1-inch business laptop, the Bamboo U6V 12.1-inch laptop, the Eee PC S101 10.1-inch netbook and the Eee Top ET1602 all-in-one PC.
