Introducing Dan Karleen

We’re proud to introduce yet another talented contributor into our pool of writers here at the Blog Herald. Please join me in welcoming Dan Karleen.

Dan Karleen is into online product management, developing new media products for Peterson’s, while he has been blogging for them for two years as editor of Syndication for Higher Ed– on topics at the intersection of higher education, new media, and marketing.

He also blogs for new media conferences, in text and video, at NewCommReview and is a ‘fellow’ of its parent organization, Society for New Communications Research. He is mainly interested in the impact of new media on local communities and is a founder and contributor to Berks.TV, a regional video blog covering parts of eastern Pennsylvania.

Dan joins us as a contributor on emerging media, in particular covering new developments in video and the web. Watch our for his articles here at the Blog Herald every week.
