AOL Opens Blog Service to IM Users

Following the lead set by MSN Spaces, AOL has added blogging capabilties to its Messenging service.

The inclusion of AOL Journals functionality to AIM opens up the blogging service to 36 million active IM users.

The move also sees AOL Journals open up to the public for the first time, after previously only being available to AOL subscribers.
