9rules announces new linking policy

Following a fair bit of controversy over a post asking that people link to the network use a lower case “r”, the 9rules network have published a new links policy that to the relief of many demonstrates that these guys aren’t as evil as the first post made out, but more importantly Paul Scrivens has a great sense of humor as well.

The extract:

Instead of following what we said in the previous entry, we believe you should be able to use an adjective and animal to link to our network. For example:

* Hairy Llama Network (I love llamas)
* Dry Elephant Network
* Tall Monkey Network
* Fat Ant Network
* Ridiculous Duck-Billed Platypus Network

Those are just a few that we could come up with. Hopefully this new linking policy will end all confusion and set everyone’€™s mind at ease.
