A restaurant in New Zealand has been fined $3000 NZD for failing to keep its website up to date, according to the NZ National Business Review.
The New Zealand Commerce Commission found that by having out-of-date menus and prices on its website, it has breached New Zealand’s Fair Trading Act.
It is a good lesson for bloggers to be aware of as well, that potentially, the provision of out of date pricing on static parts of blogs need to be kept up to date.
