Sinead O’Connor Lashes Out on Social Media

O'Connor lashes out

Last weekend, 48-year-old Sinead O’Connor posted one of the strangest and upsetting Facebook status that a celebrity has ever posted. In the Facebook update, O’Connor lashes out at her family after what appears to be a suicide attempt.

In the Facebook post, O’Connor lashes out at her former lovers, sons and other family members. It appears that O’Connor’s family has turned their back on her after her intended overdose, and her outburst condemns her family for putting her through more turmoil.

O'Connor lashes out

In the Facebook post, O’Connor lashes out and explains that she is in an unidentified hotel in Ireland, and she explains that she has gotten the hotel room under an alias so that she cannot be found.

I am not at home, I’m at a hotel, somewhere in ireland, under another name If I wasn’t posting this, my kids and family wouldn’t even find out. Was dead for another fortnight since none of them bother their hole with me for a minute.”

Judging from the profanity-laced Facebook post, O’Connor certainly appears to be mentally unstable, and after posting the status update to her Facebook page, police rushed to her hotel room. It’s unclear how the police knew which hotel room the pop singer was in, but it appears to have been a room in Dublin.

O’Connor is now in recovery at a hospital. Right now, O’Connor is getting medical help, but her condition is unclear.
