Google Reader via Wii now possible

May 9, 2007 by Minic Rivera

Taking a rest from playing Zelda in Wii? You may want to check your Google Reader. The search giant recently launched the Wii-compatible Google Reader service. It allows users to subscribe to any web site and receive automatic updates, much like an RSS feed. When using Wii’s Opera browser to access Google Reader, the controls are as follows: up/down: scroll up/down; right/left: next/previous item; 1 button: show subscriptions; and 2 button: show links.

Make sure to go back to playing Zelda after using Google Reader because if you access your subscriptions with Wii, you obviously need a break.
