Defendant’s blog entries read at fraud trial

A judge feared for his family’s safety after a woman accused of filing a fraudulent lien against him posted threats against government officials and judges on her blog.

According to
MySA.com, Renée Louise Halay, 59, of Comal County, is on trial for retaliation against a public official and the fraudulent filing of a financial instrument in connection with her filing a lien against the judge with the Texas secretary of state’s office April 4.
