Jim Kukral, the publisher at ReveNews, has sold his headshotcolor2005100px.jpgBlogKits CPA Advertising Network for bloggers to Forge Corporation, according to a press release at BlogKits.

There’s also an interesting free PDF entitled Bloggers Don’t Like Making Money available there as well.
