FeedCompare: Lets you do an Alexa-style compare of several blogs’ feed subscriber numbers as reported by FeedBurner. Just type the names of several blogs and you’ll get a pretty graph with lines in different colors laid over each other.
Feedly: A Firefox plug in that creates a slick start page based on content at your various social services. I tried it just with Google Reader and it provides a new, more graphical way to browse my RSS feeds.
aideRSS: Enter in a blog RSS feed to get an analysis of each post’s popularity based on comments and social site activity to generate a metric called “PostRank.” This will give you some insight into the performance of particular posts. You can then display your blog’s most popular posts on your blog using a widget or RSS feeds that aideRSS provides.
FriendFeed Rooms: FriendFeed pulls in your friend’s activity on various social sites into feeds which you can follow and comment on. They recently added “rooms” which are areas devoted to a particular subject where folks can share links and discuss appropriate topics. Several prominent bloggers have set up rooms, there is a ProBlogger Room for example. Here’s a short list of blogging related FriendFeed rooms:

FriendFeed Comments: A WordPress plugin that pulls in comments and likes from FriendFeed on your blog posts back into your blog. This alleviates some bloggers’ concern about FriendFeed “stealing the conversation.” Now there’s a technical solution and the blogosphere can move forward.
Disclosure Policy Plugin: Technically intended to put a short blurb at the bottom of your page based on the post content, so if you’re writing about a company you have stock in, you can make this known. But it can also be used to add a link to related content, for example I have a lot of movie reviews on my blog listed on a “movie page.” So I set up the disclosure plug in to add a link to this movie page at the bottom of all my movie review posts. One could also set up contextual advertising.
