  • Soon after Typepad introduced the ‘recently updated blogs’ link facility on Typepad bloggs (Intended to encourage the Typepad community) I clicked on the top link and was faced with a porn site with a cum-shot on the front page! I didn’t think this was quite right given that the user had no choice on which blogs appeared so I sent an email to the lovely Meena & Co and got ziltch replies. I checked their terms and conditions and concluded that seeing a man ejaculating on the face of a naked woman might just be considered offensive, within their terms, by some Typepad users. I’m 55 and unshockable but there is such a thing as appropriateness. But if people like the Trotts are prepared to put up with it what hope is there? I left Typepad.
