In response to moms’ increasing preference for 2.0 applications, NewBaby.com, has launched the first online video resource
designed specifically for new and expectant moms. Newbaby.com is the creation of two Internet veterans, Bob Sullivan, founder of Mortgage.com and Maria Bailey, Founder of BlueSuitMom.com and Host of Mom Talk Radio. Ironically, the idea for Newbaby.com was born the same night that Sullivan’s son came into the world and the new dad could not find the information he needed online.”
“The way we are consuming information is changing rapidly and shifting toward a very on-demand, niche driven media. With this in mind, we asked moms how they wanted their content online and then built the social network that delivers just that. Newbaby.com is the online destination where moms can celebrate the changes that occur with children and obtain information in the format they prefer whether it’s audio, video or mom to mom blogs, groups and forums,” explains Sullivan.
