Gothamist network expands with two new blogs

Jen Chung and Jake Dobkin’s Gothamist network, or “ist” network has expanded with the launch of the 8th and 9th blogs on the network: Bostonist and Seattlest.
With network traffic now exceeding 2 million views per month, the network of blogs that provides city-specific information including news, reviews, restuarants and bars, and everything else each city has to offer, is rapidly growing into a powerhouse in a market where region specific niche content is rapidly gaining favour amongst advertisers and viewers looking for local news and views.
In an email to The Blog Herald, Jake Dobkin advised that the expansion is the first of many, with plans for six more cities in the U.S. and abroad to join the network this year.
